巴瓦父子共同导演的电视剧单集，改编梅里美精彩的短篇怪谈（我依稀有印象）阿金图老婆演新娘（本片中作为爱神雕像的二重身似的存在）Mark Porel是叙事人所以基本冷着脸走完全场，事无巨细遵照原作前戏罗里吧嗦重点不明，高潮又不让“怪”现身纯侧面描写，唉总之很乏味。

This idea of the picturesque pastoral is significant just by looking at the title of the book/film, which sets the idol of Venus in the space of the island. Whereas the Parisian and therefore metropolitan identity of the protagonist already inserts tension into this utopian imagination of the countryside.

题材大胆、现实立意深刻，抓住社会痛点，剧本扎实。Lamberto Bava在影视创方面的确很厉害，希望恐怖片多来点这种影视剧，强烈安利大家这部《伊勒的维纳斯 Venus of Ille 》。

反转设计得恰到好处，结局完全出乎我的意料。
